Now I'll keep it sweet and short here. Long story short this whole RP is, in many aspects, a Work In Progress and things will develop and change over time as are deemed necessary in order to ensure the best experience for everyone involved.
1. Play-Per-Post Style
As explained in the rule section the way the RP will operate for now is that players will post what their actions are and then the GM will determine the results. In my mind this is the best way to ensure that there is no god-modding but at the same time it is an intensive process. If it seems to be too much for me to manage then we can change things up but that's how it'll go for now.
2. Post Headers
Now in an rp in which there are large battlefields it can become difficult to keep track of where your character is in relation to others and your surroundings. While I will be creating simple maps in MS Paint to show the battlefields like this, it'll do us all a favor if you help the process along. All you need to do is post a simple header like this at the top of your posts in battle:
Character Name As an Example: Alexander Waltz
Team/Faction Principality of Zeon "Gorgon Team"
Relative Location Moving South down the street
3. Mobile Suit Loadout
There are plenty of weapons that are available for your Mobile Suits and I'm sure you're eager to use all of them. Well for fairness (and realism) your machine won't be able to carry every gun under the son on its back. While you can change your loadout on each mission, once you deploy you've got to stick with what you've chosen.
Basically in every post (or first post) you make I want you to list out:
Model: (Model number of your machine. i.e. MS-06J Zaku II, RGM-79 GM)
Primary Weapon: (Choose one ranged weapon from the Armory thread)
Secondary Weapon: (Choose one ranged or melee weapon from the Armory thread. Beam Sabers fill this spot)
Equipment: (List one subweapon in this spot if you want one or a shield. Exception if for installed subweapons such as head vulcans or shoulder cannons)
Again, these things can easily change from mission to mission but the hope is to try and encourage more specialization among players in terms of what they want their Mobile Suit to use.
