1. No God-modding. Be fair when you're roleplaying so that everybody can enjoy themselves. If one character never takes a single hit and acts too powerful the experience is ruined for everyone. Make sure you accept that no-one is all-powerful,
2. No power playing. You can only control your character and no-one else's unless you talk to them and get their permission. Dictating other character's actions takes away the whole point of interaction in the Roleplay and must not be done.
3. Not everyone will be a Newtype and not everyone will get a Gundam. Special abilities and Mobile Suits will be awarded for excellent Rping among other things. Make sure to RP accordingly.
4. Only one character per player. Exceptions may be made in the future but for now let's keep it at this.
5. This is a semi-traditional RP. Outside of combat people are free to do whatever they wish but combat will be a little more managed. While you'll still be able to choose who you attack and how you do it, responding appropriately to attacks against you, I will be the one who decides whether your shots hit and stuff like that. Yes, while all of you want to be NPC-killing Gods, it's just not fair for this to happen:
"Richard aimed his Bazooka and fired at the incoming enemy tanks. The lead tank exploded in a fireball that took the rest out."
Or something like that. Treat NPC's as you would a player character. As a Mod, I don't want to gang-rape you with NPC's for playing God.
6. There are also NO Canon characters. No Char. No Amuro. No-one from the original series. I'd also ask that you refrain from using canon UC characters for your character image but we'll see how that goes.
7. Unlike in the other Gundam series and Rps, Mobile Suits in this rp aren't super agile killing machines. They function like giant mechs actually would. They are slow, clunky, and not very agile. No crazy dodging, no fluid movements. They are basically large tanks on legs and they will work as such.
8. As soon as its your turn to post (immediately after the person before you has done so) you'll be given exactly a week to add your contribution. If you have not done so in that time your character will be skipped over. Also, unless you've let me know why you cannot post for something such as medical concerns, school, work, or travel, repeated skips will most likely result in your character being killed.
9. The more actions one attempts in a single post (such as moving, shooting, or scanning for targets) the less successful each of them will be. For example, someone who shoots and then tries to move within one post will have a less accurate result than someone who only shoots. The purpose of this is to try and prevent people from doing too many things at once and stop "Rambos" from ruining the fun for everyone else.
10. HAVE FUN. Yes the rules are scary and long, I get it, but the main point is to create and RP that we all can enjoy.
