Africa One of the more quiet fronts on Earth. Federation forces were quick to abandon the defense of Africa during Zeon's invasions, choosing to pool their resources in more vital locations. Zeon bases are scattered all around the continent, hidden in the mountains and deserts. |

Australia Marred by a massive crater created when Zeon dropped a colony on the city of Sydney during the infamous "Operation British", Australia has since become a highly contested battlefield. Though most of the continent is under the control of the Principality of Zeon, the Federation continues to launch attacks in an attempt to gain a foothold. |

Side 6 Also known as the Riah Republic, the colonies of Side 6 are one of the few places that have managed to remain neutral during the war between Zeon and the Federation. It remains untouched by the battles that have ravaged most of the Earth Sphere and both sides of the conflict are eager to gain its support. |

Other Sides The colonies of Side 1, 2, 4, 5 and 7 were the initial battlegrounds of the war. Subjected to gassings, nuclear weapons and bombardment, these Sides have been absolutely decimated by the violence of the struggle with a large number of their colonies damaged beyond repair. Those that remain are either overpopulated with refugees or subjected to further fighting. |
